Hi,
is there somewhere a log for the SPAM & LEGIT Collector to see if it works correctly and received and analyzes the mails in the Legit and Spam Folders?
The normal log doesn't show anything and I tried to find the program doing this task but without any luck.
Thanks four your help.
Yours,
Marc
If you use Exchange, make sure plain password is set for IMAP authentication with TLS.
Ensure Encrypted connection is set in Collect panel (in Scrollout). Exchange will not allow unencrypted authentication in plain authentication mode.
In Scrollout Linux console run: /var/www/bin/fetch.sh
If you get errors, please report them here.
If BAD and GOOD are sub-folders under Inbox folder, modify the fields in Collect as follows:
Inbox.good
Inbox.bad

Thanks.
I'm using Zimbra. I created GOOD and BAD as subfolders of the Inbox.
I had to use:
Inbox/GOOD and Inbox/BAD
to get it working!
