Is it a problem with wget GnuTLS?

    Bonjour,
I encounter the same problem: no longer possible to download a file from sourceforge repository using the wget command.
I already had a problem a few months ago that I managed to solve using the option:
    --no-check-certificate
But then I do not see what, all of a sudden, is going wrong, unless Sourceforge wants the user to be forced to use their interface to download a program?
    Cordialement .
