Hi,

I have a couple of HAM that gets marked as SPAM.
Spam score looks like this

 pts rule name description
---- ---------------------- --------------------------------------------------
1.0 SO_PUB_URIBL_NS_40 URL's ns address is listed in
                            reputation-ns-40.rbl.scrolloutf1.com
                            [URIs: somedomain.com]
-1.9 BAYES_00 BODY: Bayes spam probability is 0 to 1%
                            [score: 0.0000]
 0.0 SHORTCIRCUIT No description available.
 100 USER_IN_BLACKLIST From: address is in the user's black-list

And log looks like this

However, I move the mail to the Good folder, it then gets sent to the recipient. But it doesn't get removed from blacklist.
So I go to Scrollout F1 UI -> SECURE -> SENDERS, remove the address from the blacklist, save. I get following warnings

Notice: Undefined variable: ok_str in /var/www/lists.php on line 76
Notice: Undefined variable: notok_str in /var/www/lists.php on line 81
Notice: Undefined variable: ok_str in /var/www/lists.php on line 103

Notice: Undefined variable: notok_str in /var/www/lists.php on line 135
Notice: Undefined variable: ok_str in /var/www/lists.php on line 156

But I also get a

Settings saved successfully!

And addresses are no longer visible in the blacklist. But after a few days, same sender gets stuck in spam because of USER_IN_BLACKLIST.
I don't get it, aren't the HAM learning supposed to remove it from blacklist. And even after I remove it from blacklist, why does it end up there again?
And this is not just one sender. I have multiple senders that are afflicted from this behaviour. I end up having to check the collector box every day just to make sure the e-mails are delivered.

Please help.
