Messages between 5 and 25 will be delivered to intended recipient, but marked as spam.
Between 25 and 200 will sent to quarantine.
Above 200 will be discarded.

Mark all as spam, and block user from posting to "Discussion"
Example:
5 => Spam => 25 [spambox@yourdomain.com] 200
