(Requested by the Catenae, our per-chain data wasn't meaningful when chains are handed around to others, as there is no per-item data in CL yet) - Corrected tracking of untrainings with gossamer blades. - Data files contain version numbers now. This should be the last time you will have to re-scan all your logs if you'd rather not. (Note: Rescanning with a new version of Scribia is generally a *good* idea. We fix things that make the stats more accurate, and we track new additional things.) - Track current bank balance for the exile and her clan. - Corrected a bug in the tracking of beast bounties (mostly Spriggins). - Correctly track things with accented characters in their names (e.g. rod=E1n panthers). - Fixed a bug tracking trainings with Par Troon. - Fixed spelling of Alaenos. - Optimized the scanner. Changed since last release: - 68K build is broken due to a bug in the Metrowerks compiler. Once it's resolved, we'll include it in the release again. - You can now modify these fields in the GUI: Departs, Ruined Furs, Bank Fees. (just click on the number and a dialog box will pop up to let you change them) - Moved progress bar to window. Progress bar is now determinate and modeless. - Allow cancelling of scans via command-period. - Show trainer evaluations in the training view GUI. (modifiable, as well) - Moved experience and departs to new "Exp" view. - Change name of "Money" tab to "Misc" - Show chain stats and jury duty stats in the "Misc" tab GUI - Allow deletion of table rows (select/shift select them and hit delete or clear) (you must not be in "view last scanned doc" mode to delete/modify fields) - Enable prefs dialog where you can: 1. Select the default character for drag/drop scanning. 2. Select post-scan log action prefs (do nothing, choose folder to move it to, or delete) 3. Enable recursive log folder scanning. 4. Emulate scribus bugs (scribus innacurate share times - mostly for crosschecking purposes) - Drag&Drop/AppleEvent logfile support: 1. Select a default character in the prefs (if only one char, that's the default) 2. Drag&Drop a logfile on scribia, it is scanned for default character - Fit 14 trainers in the trainer view with no scrollbar. - Counting untrainings with a blood and gossamer blades (thanks, Asmodean). - Track average number of chain pulls per chain in "Misc" view - Track items bought from shops and other NPCs, as well as old-style NPCs (Wiktus, Elendil Faril, Pirate Henrik). Also track items won (casino, Bumgal, Clubius) or obtained through challenges as trophies. Please check if anything is still missing AND SUBMIT LOG STRINGS FOR THOSE! - Track coins won and lost in the Coliseum. - Track coins donated to the clan account. (Need withdrawal log message!) - Window can now be zoomed without having to resize it first - Fix bug which swapped your "view last scanned log" preference. - Fix bug not updating totals panes in some views. Wohoo! - If you want to add and hand-enter a trainer, beast, item or exile that isnt in your list or logs, you can use the "Add Field to Table" dialog in the Scribia menu. - New 68k build. - Scribia got a race change (thanks to Sor for a great icon set!) - Added Flexi menu-views for Beasts and Items (NUKE YOUR SCRIBIA PREFS) There are some extra items in the menus for beasts and exiles that are not displayed by default, if you select a different stat to view from the popup, scribia remembers your selection. - initial support for mandible extraction (counts as skinning) - support new skinning/extraction message including critter name - correctly count Untrainus (only those for the character, not others) - Document window opens faster. - Fixed display of total time clanning in the GUI. - Fixed backgrounds of numbers drawing in white. - Scan number of boosts per exile for mystics. Changed since last release: - Modified some keys. This will break your save files. They will open, but may have strange entries/multiple data. Sorry. Next time ill convert them. We need to test scanning anyway. :) - Changed debug view to be 1000% faster. Text is also copyable from the debug view. Note: if you scan multiple logs, they will be appended to the debug output. Just select all and delete the text for a "clean" pane. - Trying out flexible "menu view" for the "Other"(exile) view - Some prefs are now saved: View last scanned doc and what items you are viewing in "Other" view. - Show progress bar and watch cursor while views are being built. - Fixed bug not displaying "last scanned" doc in shares, other and karma panes. - Changed character folder to "Scribia Characters" so we don't get mixed up with scribus files. - Fixed Sylpha counting, and Aleanos spelling. Scribia 0.1.2-alpha is available from http://sourceforge.net/projects/scribia/ Changed since last release: - exile names are no matched more carefully to avoid false prefix matches - fixed bug in chain events counter that would generate incorrect counts when a chain broke on first use - if a log file does not contain the exile's name, we warn (maybe it's a log for another exile?) - fixed several scanning bugs for border-case timestamps - now counting total clanning times - no longer mistakenly scanning some exile-generated text - counting coins given to and received from other exiles (this does not yet include coins exchanged during buys/sells!) - applied Bones CW6 mods to the sources - only trying to scan 'TEXT' files now -- Lark <lar...@un...> |

Please grab the first public release of Scribia at http://download.sourceforge.net/scribia/scribia-0.1.1-alpha.sea.hqx This is alpha-quality software. The user interface is ugly, and most document functionality isn't there yet. However, the log scanner works (fast!), so please run it over your logs and give use some feedback.
