Summary: Language Trainer Evaluations needed

Initial Comment:

Once you have learned all there is to know of a 
language from one of the six language teachers in 
puddleby, they give you a special evaluation 
message:

<TRAINER> says, "<NAME>, you already know the 
language I teach."

It would be nice Scribia recorded these 
evaluations.

The six trainers are:

Sporrin (Halfling)
Babelle Lyrn (Sylvan)
Frrinakin (Fen)
Par Troon (Thoom)
Lana Garaka (Dwarf)
Vor'harn says (Zo)
