Tracking items won (Bumgal, casino) or obtained as trophies after challenges.

Prior changes added support for items bought in shops or from other NPCs.

Please test. If any items aren't tracked yet, submit log strings. 
(For shops, etc., send the entire exchange between exile and NPC 
please.)
