Bugs item #438569, was opened at 2001-07-04 09:38 You can respond by visiting: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=106424&aid=438569&group_id=6424 Category: GUI Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Lark (lark) Assigned to: Ben H (benh57) Summary: progress dialog eating CPU time Initial Comment: This is strage: When I put Scribia in the background, my foreground appication is dog-slow. When I drag something over Scribia's scanning progress indicator, things speed up a lot in the foreground. I have no clue about Mac internals, so this might be a stupid assumption: Does the progress indicator use spinning or something like it that eats a lot of cycles? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=106424&aid=438569&group_id=6424 |
