I'm going to play with this bug a little bit more when I get up tomorrow.
I'm getting a bunch of funky behavior now.  When I first opened the char,
the last session box would be checked.  Scanning in a file would then make
the last session act in reverse.  Checked showed full data, unchecked showed
last session.  I deleted scribia's prefs to see if it was corrupt since the
check box was being recorded.  After the delete, the box is no longer
checked when opening the first time and I haven't been able to get that to
happen again yet.  Bad news though is that the above bug is happening when
ever I close the char window with last session checked.

BTW, the above crash usually just made the app exit, but it has also caused
a complete systems lock that I had to reboot from.
