[Scribia-dev] TO-DO bye-bye

I've entered the items from the TO-DO file under CVS into the tracker 
on sourceforge. The TO-DO file is no more.

Right now only Ben and me are admins for the trackers, though 
everybody can be assigned items (and then become admin for the 
assigned ones).
