OK, I'm an idiot.  Just figured out how to edit them.  Works great except
for a couple small problems and they might just be not implemented yet.
First is that you can't edit your number of departs.  Second is the total
number of ranks doesn't get updated when you edit one of the fields.   The
only way I could get the correct total was to close the window and reopen
the player's window.

Another unrelated item I saw today is that the scanner is still recording
when a player watches another player untrain as ranks in untrainus.
Untrainus should also not be included in the training panel or in the rank
total.  Maybe add it to the right side of the display where number of
departs are shown.
