Err.. duh. they run CL on the emulator. :)

Ok, i got the 68k build up and running. I'll finish up the value 
setting and commit later today. I found at least one bug in 68k that 
was not in the ppc build, so it could use a little testing.

Also included a carbon target in the new project, though i have not 
tried to build it yet.
