- Counting coins paid for advanced studies.
- Counting number of times being cadded by another exile.
- Using signed integers now for counting (untraining can cause 
negative counts.)

Also: If you commit a (user-visible) change, *please* update the 
CHANGELOG! I've been doing it for the last release, but I keep 
loosing track of what gets added...
