Hi, I through together a website for scribia quick tonight. At least a rough draft of the front page. None of the links work except for the download and the news items. The rest just go to a temp page that says coming soon. I have it up right now at http://homepage.mac.com/cygnus/scribia/ Let me know if you like it or not and anything that should be added/delete/changed. Few notes of what I was thinking would be added: About button would just be a page listing what the project is. Basically, a listing like the abstract on the source forge page. Manual would have a reference on how to use Scribia. If someone wants to start documenting the functionality and how to use it, please do. =) Is there any docs on using it yet? I should probably look through the beta release. Download will link to the current build. Something that we'll have to keep updating unless we use a generic name for the download file. Contribute button will give info on how to join up if someone want to help out with the development. For the contact button, I was thinking of just making it a mailto link to this list. Does that sound good or should there be a separate page listing out multiple contact points? If the later, what contacts should be listed? The news list right is just a cut and paste from the source forge project site. According to the site faq, its possible to have your subdomain web page automatically show the project's news (as well as a few other items). It didn't seem hard to set up the file on the server to do the update, I just didn't really understand what to put in the html page to connect the two. Its probably fairly easy, but at 3 in the morning its not making much sense to me. =) I'll take a look at it tomorrow. Anyone ever done this before?
