I've emailed with Max Horn ("fingolfin"), and he got one of the new SF staff
people ("moonman") to reopen my support request regarding CVS pserver:

I've added a followup requesting psrver access for all of you - maybe we're
lucky this time. "Moonman" is competent, according to Max Horn.
