[Scribia-dev] slowness

I noticed that lark had a note in the source about having a slow mac.

My mac is also slow. To help this i commented out the debug menu 
attachment in CScribiaApp.cp, line 190. Its not really needed unless 
you are having problems with your command/view/visual PP structure, 
especially now that Throw and Signal are working..  :) Getting rid of 
it speeds up scribia a LOT on launch and makes debugging the lexer 
much quicker.
