Well, there is a maximum exile name length. So you can cut off the exile name parser at that point if you dont find a comma, and give up (i forget how many characters it is). That might break if you get thanked by a GM-thing, like "Angry mother sasquatch", but thats not that big of a deal. also, there is the CL_Players file, which has every name the exile has seen since approx 9/1/99.
