May I ask,  like Charles aske dbefore, if there is an easy way to get back
to a given support request to add on or anything?

Using the support manager is very painful at times cause you have to
sequentially go through every requests of the given type, and that is very
long. I searched for a "look at this request ID" feature, didn't find it.
Even the look up by date is useless, starts one year back anbd
chronological isntead of reversed.

Aside that, any news on your support ticket?
