FYI: I'm extremely busy in RL at this time, so updates to Scribia from my side will be slow for the next two months. I had hoped to get a release out before this happened, but I was underestimating the work that remains to be done (as always :-) The second four weeks of this two month period I'll be out of the country - no chance to code, but I will have email (most times). Things on the to-do list, for people with some free time on their hands: 1. put finishing touches on the scanner, test it with more logs 2. help Rifkin implement remaining GUI views 3. icons 4. document functionality (load/save/print, etc.) 5. GUI elements: progress dialog, prefs dialog, prefs file Once these are in place, we should release it as a beta, to get some feedback from a wider audience (and hopefully a new influx of manpower for future versions :-). Lark PS: Please let me know if anything you are doing requires (new) scanner support. I'll try to add it before I leave, so the scanner is out of the critical path while I'm gone. -- Lark <la...@fe...> |
