I've changed the boilerplate to work better with the wrapping problem we
have, I've also changed them in your code. While I was at it, I changed the
copyright for those files to "Rob Tsuk", most still had "Lark".

There's also new scanner that fixes some of the more obvious bugs the last
revision had.
