Rifkin, just to have all the bases covered: You did open a customer support
item with them before, to ask that CVS pserver be turned on for rtsuk,
right? They'll send you a pserver password by email.

(By default, it isn't, they expect people to use SSH - which would be fine
if their setup was so that forwarded connections would work for Macs.)
