[Scribia-developers] UI work

It seems like the consensus is clone the Scribus UI to start, which seems
fine to me.

Is there anyone but me who plans to work on the UI in the next week, or even
plans to modify the ScribiaResources.ppob or ScribiaResources.rsrc files? If
so we need to coordinate, since merging those files will be troublesome.
