I was thinking that keeping the UI close to Scribus would the easiest 
and would also make it easy on the end user. At least to start out, 
can always modify it as need arises.  One slight modification that I 
was thinking of is to change the control to switch sections to tabs 
down the edge instead of a pop-up menu.  Its just an idea to throw 
out.
