This has been brought up before, and there are two schools of thought. One create either a custom class that has both parts added, OR create a custom Archetype that adds in the other class items. Gestalts are a hold over from 3.5, and are not part of Pathfinder I have not put a lot of work into it.

This is a very old post. Gestalt was added into the Customs Tab.
