SCOPE++ is a C++-based program for accurately identifying homopolymer in cDNA sequences using Hidden Markov Models. This can be extended to trimming poly(A)/poly(T) tails, or identifying A,C,G,T,or N homopolymer sequences.

Welcome to the HAWK-800 (and AtomaHawk) project! The HAWK-800 provides the Korg Poly-800 with a dramatically improved and expanded MIDI implementation as well as many new sound and user control features. The HAWK-800 is a hardware/software upgrade kit for the Korg Poly-800 model synthesizers (no longer available). The HAWK-800 can be installed in the original Korg Poly-800 as well as the MK2 and the EX-800 synth module. A second add on hardware module (named the 'AtomaHawk') is also available. The AtomaHawk allows total control over three of the most common hardware modifications; the "Moog Slayer", the "FM-800" and the 12/24db filter slope mod's. All software updates, bug fixes, patches, templates, documentation, support and discussion is held on the sourceforge HAWK-800 project site. Source assembly code is also posted here as requested. IMPORTANT: As of 2023, the HAWK-800 and AtomaHawk kits are no longer available. Enjoy!
