New links (links added during a particular edit) could be non-rendered-as-links until someone qualified reviews the (cumulative set of) change(s) and blesses the whole page by clicking on a button at the bottom of the unreviewed page while logged in... that way you end up asymptotically at the WikiWay, without exposure to these spam-style a-hrefs. Sadly, suffices solely for small sites. (So how do you decide who's qualified? Beats me - same way Schematics assigns commit rights, perhaps?)
