Since we've learned that Schematics list members do have a wide range of opinions (but mostly the same goals), and we're sensitive to the issues, I'm now curious to have the system go live and see what the contributors do. It'd be good if we can show the current legal info when someone goes to contribute to the wiki, and that we solicit feedback on that in as best a way we can. Maybe a prominent link to a LegalRationale wiki topic that is open to editing is a good start. If there's an easy way to add an optional radio-button voting box alongside the link to a legal rationale discussion topic, that might yield interesting popular feedback (as a complement to the vocal-minority feedback that an editable wiki pages elicits).
