[Schematics-development] domain name setup

FYI, Noel did the domain name configuration with the registrar, and this
morning I did the configuration on the web server, so now schemecookbook.com
and schemewiki.com are operational.

I've set up the web server so that any references to the .com name are
redirected to the corresponding .org name.
