#356 Mention metaid syntax is from XML spec 1.0, not 1.1

We can mention in the spec that the metaid syntax we use is from 1.0 and not 1.1; see

Every so often this catches people; we can mention in the spec itself that XML 1.1 exists and is different.

    The following sentence has been added in SVN to the end of the first paragraph of the 'ID type' section:

    "Note that this definition is different from that in the XML 1.1 specification, where the definition of the \primtype{ID} type was expanded and changed. We use the original version here."
