The validation rules relating to the relaxation of units for Compartments need to be more expliict about this relaxation.

Rules that need to change: 20507; 20508; 20509

I think what is needed is to drop the reference to an exponent; similar to rules 20217-20221 & 20608

These three validation rules now omit the '(with an exponent of x)' bit from them in SVN.
