Figure 2 needs to add "{ use="optional" }" to the versionMajor and versionMinor attributes of ListOfLocalRenderInformation.

The fact that these are optional is correct in the text (p15) and in the validation rules.

    Fixed in SVN: this had been fixed ages ago, but then was accidentally overwritten with an errant commit before the release.
