Hi,

the subsection 6.4 is about URIs specifying rdf:resources in
annotations. I therefore expected a list of URIs referring to objects in
the annotations. Instead the link http://biomodels.net/qualifiers points
to a list of qualifiers (which are described in the following subsection
6.5) and not a list of resource URIs.

Do I misunderstand something there?

I think you're right, and that the URL should be changed. I did some searches for a more appropriate page and found:

http://www.ebi.ac.uk/miriam/main/collections/

Is this what you were expecting?

This seems like a fairly straightforward fix, so I am provisionally making the change to SVN, and adding it to the list of errata at

http://sbml.org/Documents/Specifications/SBML_Level_3/Version_1/Core/Confirmed_issues_in_the_Level_3_Version_1_Core_Specification

However, since it's more than a typo, we do need some editors to chime in and confirm that the change should be made before officially closing this tracker item.

I also had to reword the section slightly so it made more sense with the current contents of that page:

New version:
"An up-to-date list and explanations of the URIs are available online at the address http://www.ebi.ac.uk/miriam/main/collections. Each entry lists the database in question, the URI to be used to reference that database, and example URIs for referencing particular entries in those databases."

Original version, with the odd URL:
"An up-to-date list and explanations of the URIs are available online at the address http://biomodels.net/qualifiers. Each entry lists the relation elements in which the given URI can be appropriately embedded."

This change was already incorporated into SVN and the list of errata; it is now also officially sanctioned.
