#201 EventAssignment 'variable' attribute in UML diagram ->SIdRef

The UML for the EventAssignment class should say that the'variable' attribute is of type 'SIdRef' instead of saying that it is type 'SId'.

I set this to 'accepted' but don't think I have access to the UML, so I assigned this to Mike, who I think does. Feel free to change if need be, or if it turns out I can do this myself.

Fixed in SVN for L3v2, and will be part of the forthcoming release of that specification.
