sbml validator webpage is down: http://sbml.org/validator/
I think there is a timout somewhere on your server, because after few minutes of waiting I get response with status 503:
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
I tried it on Firefox and Chrome on Ubuntu.
Thanks for letting us know, the actual validation service runs on a separate machine, that is experiencing issues at this time. We are looking into it.
The machine serving the validator does appear to be offline. It will require physical intervention. I'll try to do that as soon as possible but it may be another day or two.
Apologies for the service outage!
Turns out it was not the server being offline, but a different problem that is now hopefully resolved. Services should be working again.
Thanks for your effort to fix the problem.
Unfortunately, sbml validator still does not work for me. I am using both Safari and Chrome on Mac.
I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks!
I've just tried on my machine and it seems to be working for me ... so I'm afraid i will have to ask for more information. If you could try again in Chrome, by navigating to the site, pressing right click and selecting "inspect element" anywhere on the page, and then switch over to the console tab.
Are there any error messages? (you might have to refresh the page after selecting the console)
thanks
Frank
Many thanks for your quick message.
I tried it again with your description. Unfortunately still not working.
No error masseage. Only browser shows me "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT".
I made Firewall off and stoped all proxies. Not working yet.
In generall, sbml.org does not work.
I hope it be resolved.
Thanks in adavnace.

Are you able to see sbml.org without trouble? Is the problem only when you access the validator (http://sbml.org/Facilities/Validator), or are other pages giving you timeout errors too?
It would help debugging if we could know the address you're coming from. Could you please email sbml-team@googlegroups.com the IP address range that your computer(s) usually use? We don't need a very specific address, just the first 3 octets would be enough -- e.g., it would help to know you're coming from the 123.456.789.xxx network.
I think is down again, also http://sbml.org/validator/validate.php
The power was shut down in the machine room where the server computer is running the validator. It will be restarted later today.
