OK, replies are still trickling in about authorship and grants, but the
salient features are all there, and we can work out the authors and grants
separately for the JIB submission anyway.  I'm going ahead and sending the
letter and spec to the SBML Editors today!  Thanks everyone; this was a
long road, and everyone's contributions at various points along it were
critical.
