My point was just, that I could see use cases for using different syntax. As
such it seems preferable to me to allow the infix parser / formatters to be
configurable by the application invoking it. It would also not involve much
more work in the implementation. 

So rather than specifying 'the one infix syntax' to be used to express
arrays, I would rather leave this to users later on.
