Hi all,

You may remember some time back in the early 16th Century, we were working on a proposal for a new SBML annot package.

I apologise for not giving this my undivided attention over the last couple of months, but have made a couple of updates to some of the pages in an attempt to provoke further discussion that will hopefully ultimately bang these docs into shape.
