Hi all.

On Fedora, new minizip will replace minizip from zlib.
Are you interested to adapt libsbml (and libsedml, libnuml, COPASI) to this minizip fork?

    Hi Antonio

Sorry for delay in response. We are very limited on time at the moment so it is unlikely we will be able to do this.

Do you have any idea of how long it might take or what implications it would have for libSBML ?

    Thanks

    Sarah

From the point of view of the packaging, this migration will be completed for Fedora 30 (stable in May, 2019); however, i can use minizip bundled in your code archives until libsbml is ready for newer minizip.

or what implications it would have for libSBML ?

The new version of minizip is a fork of that original one + additional features: upstream
