After downloading I had a bit of trouble having it pick up our correct configuration, and there was a small learning curve in figuring out what all the switches did in the initSASUnit command. But once that was settled it worked like a charm.
I was not the one to set up our configuration which was definitely part of the problem. I ended up having to change the shell to invoke Lev1/SASApp/sas.sh instead of SASFoundation/9.2/sasexe/sas (Linux 64-bit machine), and to add an "-insert SASAUTOS (path)" parameter.
The other change I had to make was to set i_overwrite = 1 in calling initSASUnit from the test suite.

The wiki says that this tool is available for Solaris but I don't see Solaris as an option in all of the OS detection logic.

Thank you very much for your remarks. I changed the front page of the wiki in order to make clear how the current state is with regard to OSes. You can find more detailed information about on which platforms SASUnit has been tested in the release notes for every release. SASUnit has been used on Solaris and on AIX on a per project basis. If anyone would like join the developer community and provide a permanent testing environment on those platforms, we are very interested in working together.
