To support splitting programs and log files as usual under Linux (/opt/...pgm/ and /var/opt/..../log/) there must be new parameters for SASUnit.

Implement those parameters and respective handling.

Check which of the current subfolders are then obsolete.

New Parameters are inroduced. Only resource folder ist still under /opt and not under /etc.
A new pipeline is implemented in Jenkins
