Documentation avaliable at SPC Tools Wiki

The SPC Tools Wiki (http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/) documents many of the Sashimi project tools and encourages community involvement. Also, check out the SPC Tools newsgroup at http://groups.google.com/group/spctools-discuss for an active community discussion regarding the Sashimi tools.

Sashimi project is now LGPL

All tools on this project are now distributed under the LGPL license.

Information for the IBM linuxPPC contestants

The sashimi project has been selected for the linuxPPC contest organized by IBM. Here are some information regarding the port of our software.
1. This project contains various types of programs, written in various languages and for various OSs. The following are server-side C/C++ applications:
- pep3D
- ASAPRatio
- XPRESS
- INTERACT
- readmzXML
- RAP
- RAMP
- mzXML2Other

Less restrictive license for sashimi RAP.

To facilitate the collaboration with our external partners at InSilico the license of our Random Access Parser has been changed from GPL to LGPL.
