#170 Rediector report is not affected by "-t" option

I've found out that -t option in CLI does not limit the records in redirector report.
For example, the command is sarg -t 00:00-09:00, but in redirector report the records after 9:00 are shown.

And I'd like to remind about the ticket #165, it is also related with time limiting function.

I believe I fixed this bug in git master branch.

Dansguardian and user agent reports now take -t into account too.

Command line options --split and --convert also filter out line not requested by -t.
