OS Win7 64bit
Outlook 2010
SageThumbs 2.0.0.17
After installing SageThumbs in outlook i notice generic white icons:
for .psd, .eps, .gif, .png.
I expected e.g. a small psd icon like before.
How can i change this behavior?
Thanks!

Try "Repair SageThumbs" utility and restoring file associations ( http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Change-which-programs-Windows-uses-by-default ) in any combinations.
Also check "Use thumbnails as icons in Explorer" in SageThumbs options.

I'm having the same problem. All my psd and ai files shows a blank page as thumbnail. I did the "repair SageTHumbs" and the "use thumbnails as icons in explorer" is check, but still don't get the thumbnails, instead I have a blank thumbnail.
Windows 7 (64 bit), SageThumbs 2.0.21 and Ghost (64 bit) installed too.
Thanks
Sorry, just my AI thumbnails shows as blank, and my PDF not showing the thumbnail, just the Adobe thumbnail.
My PSD files showing thumbnail ok.
