What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save psd in photoshop 12.0.4
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No thumbnail shown. Sometimes it will show a thumbnail for a certain psd. Other times it will not

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 64 bit (8GB) Ram. SageThumb 2.00.12

Please provide any additional information below.
PSDs not showing thumbnails are saved as psd with backward compatibility turned on. Meaning compatible with all Photoshop CS files.

Trying to update this issue. Increasing the "maximum image size" in the options seems to fix this issue.
