    To whom it may concern,

I use a TEAC UD-301 DAC (with DSD64/128 support) and it was working fine until tonight. Once I upgraded to 0.9.2 I started to see this error: "Unrecoverable playback error: Unsupported channel layout"

One thing I noticed In ASIO driver configuration (that's different than my another DAC) is the format for TEAC USB Audio Device Out 01/02 is "DSDInt8MSB1" instead of "Int32LSB". Is this a known issue?

    Thanks very much!

I got the same error using an iFi DSD Micro which uses XMOS based drivers (W10 x64, iFi drivers 2.23). There was no way to make DSD work with 0.9.2, not even using DoP. I had to revert to 0.8.4 to get it working again.

    Hi all

I have tested the foo_input_sacd-0.9.2 for the iFi iDSD nano and manage to setup so it can play multichannel DSD files / ISO's.

The way I have done was:

Remove the foo_input_sacd-0.84 and ASIO in foobar 2000 but didn't uninstall ASIOProxyInstall-0.8.3. I still have ASIOProxyInstall-0.8.3 installed in my computer.
So in File -> Preferences -> Components you will find the following

    Components

After that you have to change the Device in File -> Preferences -> Playback -> Output to DSD: ASIO : foo_dsd_asio

    Output

Now in File -> Preferences -> Playback -> Tools -> SACD check if you have as DSD and the same as in Output.

    SACD

If you click configure you can change the all the parameters that you like.

    Settings used

You can see what I have used to tested this does not mean, as you have realized that this is the best or only configurations this is only to show what I have used to this present moment.

Them you should see the colors or indications in your DAC relative to the format he is using.

    I hope this helps.

Thanks. It's working now. It seems the ASIO component installed by 0.8.4 needs to be removed.
