The spectrogram now works in mono mode but foo_vis_spectrum_analyzer still does not work correctly. Do you think this is a problem with that plugin unrelated to sacd_plugin? Why do you say you development is affected by newer FB releases? Edit: I just found someone opened a thread to talk about this: https://hydrogenaudio.org/index.php/topic,128832.msg1073538/topicseen.html#new Some are pro, some are against. I'm definitely pro, to the point I convert all my PCM on the fly to DSD256. All modern DACs...

V2.x.x breaks more stuff: https://hydrogenaudio.org/index.php/topic,128823.msg1073453/topicseen.html#new It happens to me as well. The problem is V1.6.5 does not work with Foobar 2.25.3 or newer so I have to remain at 2.24.6 if I want visualizations to work.
I have found the fhe following: - SACD plugin 1.6.5 does not work on FB2K 2.25.x, it does not output DSD - SACD plugin 2.x.x doesn't work well with FB2K 2.24.x, it brakes imaging plugin That makes harder to find the cause of foo_vis_spectrum_analyzer not functioning as it should. It could be that FB V.2.25 has broken something, it could SACD plugin or it could be the imaging component itself. The thing is that built in spectrum analizer looks to be working fine in 2.25.3 with SACD 2.0.13 though it...
That "Type" option is only present in pre-V2.0.0

What are you outputting to your DAC/Amp, DSD or PCM? T'm asking because the problem only happens when outputting DSD, if I play a DSD file but I output it as PCM it works fine no matter the sample rate is. Ditto for native PCM files. What I just found is that the output of DSD Processor also impacts the "flattening" error. The range of frequencies affected by the "flattening" increases with sampling rate up to DSSD256 which is the limit of native DSD my DAC supports. BTW, there is final V. 8.0.0...
