[Rxsm-users] Rectang XSM 1.0 released

I am pleased to announce the first official release of XSM!

This release is based on 0.1_rc1 and the version numering scheme is the 
only significant change.

Please upgrade all installations to 1.0 and report any issues you have.
Of course, any thoughts on features for the next release would be great 
too ;)
