Unfortunately I have no experience with using rxlib under C++. The
sources in the SVN repository currently work with BDS 2006 and Delphi
Win32. Maybe they just work with the C++ personality as well? Please
try it and let me know. If there are any problems that you can solve,
please do so and send me patches.
