is there any way (or will be in newer versions) to set number of simultaneous connections? I have a lot of feeds and when I update feeds, some of them did not update because of timeout and I cannot use other internet applications like firefox as they do not have necessary bandwith to initiate new connections.

Sorry this is not possible. But this has been asked on dev.rssowl.org if I remember correctly. We could introduce a hidden startup parameter for this though.

Sorry this is not possible. But this has been asked on dev.rssowl.org if I remember correctly. We could introduce a hidden startup parameter for this though.
That would be useful, but what about moving this from hidden parameter to program options? Downloaders have this parameter configurable too.
