#2 (temporary) swapping Residual Risks

When creating a RRO, there is a flaw when adding the second (or more) Residual Risk.
Steps
Initial risk (I1)
Added Measure (M1)
Added risk to measure 1 (R1)
Add another initial risk (I2)
Added Measure (M2)
Added risk to measure M2 (R2) --> At that moment, the R1 and R2 swapped and crossing arrows
Furthermore, adding another Initial Risk:
When you add another initial risk, R1 and R2 swap back to normal place
Adding another Measure (M3)
Adding a risk to M3 (R3) --> swapping again ….
